On Friday, St Bernadette and St Piran made their way up to Heartlands and Cornwall College for a story-filled day.
The children started their day at Heartlands where they followed a story trail around the site whilst looking out for penguins and spriggans! The children in St Piran’s class had a tour of a mine.
The classes then walked over to Cornwall College for a hands-on story telling experience based on the story of “Lost and Found” by Oliver Jeffers. The children made friends with a penguin, visited the Lost and Found office and made up their own stories. At the end of the day the children made lots of fish to feed the penguin.
