Road Safety Week


This morning, Alan Honeybone from Specsavers came into school with a big box for us. The school councillors greeted him, and accepted the gift of 100 high vis vests, to help keep us safe while out and about in the community. We are looking forward to your next trip out, wearing them!

Craft Fair 2015


This weekend hosted another successful craft Fair at St John’s School, this year community crafters and pupils combined effortsto produce items to sell. Remembrance Day


We have been learning about the importance of Armistice day (Remebrance day) and the sacrifices people made during many wars in the world. We have made poppy wreaths to celebrate the lives of those lost and to honour their memories.

Sihkism day


We had a wonderful time learning about Sihkism with Daya. She told us all about how Sihks dress, where there special place to pray is, how to behave in a temple and we even got to dress up in traditional clothes. It was fantastic!
