Amazing Christmas Decorations


We have spent the last few weeks making Christmas decorations, ready for tomorrow’s craft fair. Having put the finishing touches to our masterpieces, they are now ready to be sold. Please come along to buy our decorations and to enjoy the other stalls at St. Johns School  on Saturday 21st November from 11am.

Badminton Festival


Well done to all the children from St. Piran who took part in a badminton festival on Tuesday. Everyone represented the school so well and developed their throwing, catching and striking skills. The activities were lead expertly by leaders from Camborne School who were trained by the Camborne Sports Alliance.

So we spent the morning making papier mache Anglo-Saxon helmets…


As part of our topic work on ‘Were the Dark Ages dark?’ we made a start on our Anglo-Saxon helmets today. We were joined by Fr Cadoc as part of his role as a school governor. Look forward to sharing the results when they are finished.
